Deepcleaning of Anilox rolls in your plant or by BicarBlast:

The cleaning of anilox rolls can be done at several ways. For the daily cleaning of anilox rolls, the most common method is the use of liquid cleaners. For periodic cleaning are liquid cleaners available, but more often customers choose for a method, better known as "deeply cleaning". This special method is powder blasting of your anilox rolls with ArmexTM Maintenance powder. The best explanation for this method is breaking down the ink contamination through the impulse from the powder on the surface of the anilox roll. The ArmexTM Maintenance powder is sodium bicarbonate ( NaHCO3 ) which is hard enough to clean your anilox rolls, but at the same time too soft to damage your anilox rolls. Also through the very low blast pressure, ( 2,8 – 3 bar ) and the securities we build in, it is impossible to damage the surface of your ceramic or chrome plated anilox roll.
